Starting in 1979 as self-employed IT Consultant in Germany, Hugo Waigand designed and implemented complete IT and Telecommunication Systems for small and medium sized companies in Germany and the surrounding European neighbors.
We created software tailored to customer needs understanding their business and modeling a solution around it.
We solved problems that other that other IT partners had left behind or failed to resolve, We integrated with "off the shelf" solutions and showed our customers new opportunities utilizing new technologies.
Marriage made the U.S. his new home and in 2006 Hugo Waigand became a proud citizen of this great country.
Working for over 19 years for a leading business in Agriculture and Food production as Software Engineer, then as Software Development Manger and Data Warehouse System Architect I supported all major operations of the enterprise.
With the sale of the family owned business offering over 40 years of experience to our customers promised to be much more rewarding and exciting than "hanging on to a position" with uncertain future.
